About these terms
These terms describe Stay PI, a private internal software integration operated by Stay Hotels AS. Stay PI is not offered, licensed or sold to external customers.
These terms apply only to Stay PI. They do not replace booking, accommodation, payment or cancellation terms for hotel guests.

Purpose and scope
Stay PI connects the Mews Connector API with Stay's internal Stay Control reporting. Its purpose is to retrieve operational data and produce aggregated management metrics for Stay Hotels AS.
Only personnel expressly authorised by Stay Hotels AS may use the integration, solely for internal operations and reporting.

Read-only function
Stay PI uses read operations only. It does not create or change reservations, customer profiles, rates, payments, check-ins, check-outs or accounting records in Mews.
Stay PI is an internal management aid. The underlying records in Mews remain the authoritative source and must be checked before consequential operational decisions are made.

Data and confidentiality
Stay PI processes the Mews fields needed to calculate internal operational metrics. Customer and account identifiers used to calculate aggregated counts are not included in Stay Control outputs.
Credentials and production access tokens are confidential. They must be kept in approved secure storage and may not be shared or published.

Third-party services
Mews is a separate third-party service. Use of Mews and the Mews Connector API remains subject to the applicable agreement with Mews and the Mews API terms.

Availability and changes
Stay Hotels AS may modify, suspend or discontinue Stay PI at any time. No service-level commitment is offered to external users because Stay PI is not an external service.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
